2. For first time users of World Citi Medical Center Results Portal, your initial password is your lastname.
3. Patients with laboratory and radiology transactions, you may download your results online starting December 22, 2021 up to present except for Non-routine laboratory procedures and RT-PCR test.
4. For security purposes, you will be required to change your password after the initial login.
5. issues with viewing of results, logging in or other concerns or to request for your patient ID, Please email us at onlinesupport@worldcitimedicalcenter.com. Kindly include a photo of your official receipt for reference.
6. Please save your own personal copies of the results in your personal profile to avoid data loss.
